The unit we got was quiet with a double bed.

The location was great and lovely, close to the centre of Villigen. the rooms were spacious and had very cute decor. Hypoallergenic pillows were provided in the rooms.

Airy guest room with bath and good quality sheets plus arranged cushions. Excellent setting, short walk to public transport as well as the surrounding nature. Also, in the renovated farm behind the main building.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, with a variety of delicious options. The hotel itself had an adorable, vintage charm, and the spacious terrace was perfect for relaxing. I loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of a nearby water fountain. The room was of incredible quality, with a great desk and super high-speed internet. The shower was excellent and everything was immaculately clean. The TV was top-notch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location, although slightly out of the way, was worth it for the peaceful surroundings. this was a hidden gem that I wish I could stay at for another 4 nights.

Hotel Und Restaurant Zum Hirschen is my go-to place everytime I come to Villigen. I always had a smooth check-in even when I arrived late. The hotel has amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, a restaurant, and an outdoor dining area. I also love the welcome drink and the coffee shop. The rooms have a flat-screen TV, a dryer, and an electric kettle, and the kitchen has all the necessary cookware and utensils. The location is perfect for hiking and skiing. Plus, they allow pets and there is no smoking on site. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!
